is a writer and poet, sound and visual artist. Fiedler is known for her experimental use of language, often blurring the lines between languages, between poetry and prose, between oral and written language. Her work is related to identity, memory, nature, gender, and politics. Her performative work combines realtime-projections of text, sound, and image, all components written and composed by herself. She also realizes installations in the public space and is giving workshops in field of (un)creative writing and performance. Fiedler translates poetry and prose from French into German and vice versa. She received many literary supports during her career. She participates for more than 20 years in national and international poetry festivals and events around the world.
